Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to have your personal information removed from Cheeky Monkey Marketing’s records, including details you gave us through a Facebook or Instagram lead form.

What we hold

When you fill in one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms, Meta passes your answers to us, usually your name, email address and phone number. We keep them in our customer database so we can reply to your enquiry. We may also let Meta know when an enquiry becomes a customer, so our advertising reaches the right people. We never sell or give your details to anyone else. Our full Privacy Policy has more detail.

How to ask for deletion

Send us a message through our contact page or call 1300 85 66 24. Tell us the name, email address or phone number you used, and that you want your data deleted.

What happens next

We will remove your details from our customer database and from our Facebook lead records, and let you know when it is done. We may keep records we are required to keep by law, such as an invoice.

Your information held by Meta

Meta keeps its own copy of what you submitted on the lead form. You can review or remove it through your Facebook or Instagram settings and Meta’s own privacy tools.
